The Mighty Sound of Maryland Marching Band: Each year, many fans complain that they cannot hear the band play, particularly from the east side of the stadium and the upper deck. While there is not adequate room to move the band to the east side of the stadium, and we want the band to continue to have good seats for the games because of their involvement, they might be more audible if they were moved to the west side of the stadium just behind the end zone, with the students currently in those seats replacing the band in Section 8.
